CAMP JEANNE D'ARC - THE BEST GIRLS' CAMP IN THE ADIRONDACKS!

     Established in 1922, Camp Jeanne d'Arc offers the best in traditional camping for girls. Ask any camper what the best part about camp is and she will tell you, "Friends!" Girls come from all over the U.S. and around the world for fun and challenging activities in a small camp setting where good camp spirit is valued as much as winning. The activities are all offered with skills development and the camper's success in mind. Dedicated staff and mature counselors support and nurture the campers in an unsurpassed natural environment. Located on beautiful Lake Chateaugay in the northern Adirondack Mountains in upstate New York, Camp Jeanne d'Arc is the place for summer fun, friends and adventures for girls 8 to 16.

    Activities: Swimming, sailing, waterskiing, tubing, canoeing and kayaking on the waterfront. Horseback riding for beginner through advanced riders (3 or 6 times a week), tennis, golf, archery, riflery, bb's, hiking and camping out, arts and crafts, drama, dance, fitness and much, much more.

   Again in 2010: One week sports clinics in soccer, lacrosse and field hockey.

   Special events and much loved traditions like Wish Upon a Star Night, the 4th of July, Christmas, Smugglers, Wishing Night, Team Games, Wacky Wednesdays and motor trips round out a fun and balanced program.

     Catholic Mass and non-denominational inspirational services are offered weekly.

Stay in touch with your camper!

We use Bunk1 to keep parents and families in touch during the summer. Photos of camp activities are posted several times a week and parents and friends may send and receive Bunk Notes and Bunk Replies from their campers.
